Our Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and no-shows impact on us significantly.
Not turning up for your scheduled appointment disadvantages other clients on our waiting list who need to see us for treatment.
We understand that you may need to change your appointment, but we kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice as a courtesy to our therapists and other clients.
If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged for it and we will require credit card payment before we take future bookings from you.
K-Taping / Rocktape
With some injuries and to assist in postural correction, we sometimes find the use of K-Tape a very beneficial part of the treatment process. K-Tape helps support a particular muscle, muscle group or a joint, whilst assisting in the reduction of swelling, inflammation and pain levels.
When Taping is incorporated into a massage treatment session, as part of the consultation, we provide this Free of Charge.
