Lemon water for a natural de-tox

There are many benefits in drinking lemon water in the morning and as part of your normal, daily intake of fluids throughout the day.

The recommended intake of water, for normal healthy kidney function, is 40ml of water/per Kg of body weight/per day. This is before you even start to factor in exercise and those cups of coffee throughout the day. 

As a guide:          Your weight             Suggested water intake

                                 100 kg                           4 litres

                                   75 kg                           3 litres

                                   50 kg                           2 litres
